I have set my bedtime reminder, but it rarely goes off....how to fix?

@ravendragonwing Check out the full instructions for setting up a bedtime reminder here.

 

If your Charge HR isn't receiving the reminder, I recommend restarting the tracker with the instructions shown here. Once you've restarted, give the reminder another try. Hope that helps get you back on track.

The reminder I mean is the one on my phone, through the app.
