Beginner Running not tracking

Not sure why my beginner running program won’t register my workouts. Fitbit logs it under “exercise”, but my guided program still says 0 workouts done. I just finished week 1 and I can’t move forward. Oddly, it logs the rest and recovery day workouts but it won’t record the actually walking/running workouts that it suggested I do. And I’m doing the workouts on the scheduled day and after my reminder. I’ve read through the previous threads, but I still can’t find a solution. 😞

What is this beginner runing program @Avantica

You say that Fitbit logged it as exercise. What tracker do you have? Did you start the run recording?

Hi! My bad .. “Beginner Running” is a guided program that was available to me through Fitbit Premium. When I started the program, I was to choose days and the time I wanted to do these workouts. And on other days, I was to do Rest and recovery workouts. When I would click on these workouts, Fitbit Coach would automatically open and I simply had to start session, which I did. On completing the workout, I’d just close the Fitbit Coach app, and on my Fitbit app under “Exercise” the workout would be logged with time and calories, etc, but under the “Beginner Running” tab (a tab that appeared because that’s the guide program I chose), my workouts wouldn’t get logged. Even more annoying, is that that it would log all my rest and recovery workouts but none of my running/walking workouts.

I’m on an iPhone 11, which I recently updated to iOS 14, I’ve got the latest versions of both Fitbit and Fitbit Coach, I’m using Versa 3.

Thanks.
