Best achievement not updated/ badge not received

Has anybody experienced problem that best achievement stats and badges did not get awarded last night between 10PM and 12AM midnight ET?

I just achieved 36K steps in a day last night and should have received 35K daily steps badge, but nope. Support does not know it seems.

Any ideas?

@APG777 Hi there. Thanks for the details mentioned. 

 

Take into consideration that badges will be awarded if data has been tracked with your Fitbit watch. In this case, I'd like you to double check that there are no manually logged activities that could be adding extra steps to your daily stats.

Would tracking a walk with Fitbit phone app with GPS enabled be considered manually logged activity?

@APG777 Thank you for getting back. 

 

If an activity is being tracked with connected GPS, it isn't considered a manually logged activity. Keep in mind that if an activity has been tracked with your Versa 2, there's no need to manually add it to your Dashboard or track it with your app.
