Bike activity not recording distance

Today my charge 3 did not record the mileage on my bike.  It was fine last week.  It records time, heart, calories etc.  Just not the mileage.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Is this affecting the Bike activity only or other ones too? Are you recording the activity directly from the Exercise shortcuts of your Charge 3 or with the SmartTrack auto-recognition feature? Lastly, which mobile device do you have?

I noticed no mileage being recorded on Thursday the 20th. It only showed
time, calories and heart rate.

The time I rode my bike before which was the 9th it did show mileage.

I have not rode my bike since then but will be riding in the next couple of
days,



I record it from the shortcuts. The mobile device is an Android- LG.
