Today my fitbit went dark. First I thought it needed to charge then sync. No go, spoke with Sebastian at customer care, we tried uninstallng app, reset button on charger, bluetooth, nothing worked. Best he could offer was 25% off my next purchase. I've lost confidence in the product. Very dissapointed

I ha e the same issue of screen going dark on my charge 3 which is not under warranty anymore. Any suggestions. Don’t want to buy another one and have this same issue!

BS my Fitbit went Blk as well.Offered discount to buy another product.My Investment down drain. Maybe youll should make bettter products
