Went totally blank this morning. Doesn't light up when I move my wrist. It's fully charged. Have tried changing clock faces (it vibrates and syncs to phone saying it is changed, but screen is still blank). Have tried plugging into charger and restarting (it vibrates but I don't see a smiley face or anything). Ive restarted the phone as well, but nothing doing. Any tips?

I'm having the same problem. It vibrates, but shows nothing. Late last night, my screen was not working properly. It was only showing part of the numbers. So I plugged it in, hoping it was a charging issue. When I woke up, the screen was totally blank.

Still not working, even after the long 15s reset. Fitbit support is looking into it. Here's hoping there is a solution....

I too, am having this issue. It will also do it when I'm walking or on the elliptical when my heart rate goes up. It will completely stop tracking my heart rate & go black. It will vibrate sometimes when I hit the button but otherwise, nothing. When it comes back on it starts at my resting heartbeat and I've lost all the minutes I've done prior. Depending on when it happens, it will also not transfer my hourly steps. Sometimes my active minutes on my phone are accurate and they aren't on my fitbit. It's generally all over the place and I'm disgusted.
