Blaze frozen and great customer service provided replacement

For the second time by Blaze frozen, impossible to swipe and couldn't shut down with left and bottom buttons. After searching on here I was prepared for bad news as I knew it was about 6 weeks out of Warranty.  Customer Service were brilliant, just had to upload picture of frozen screen and straight away told it was faulty and replacement ordered. Had read about people being offered discount on another one, which wasn't for me but identical model completely free . Well done Fitbit! Thank you.
