I have managed, through several attempts and bumps in the road, to connect and sync my Blaze to my new Samsumg S10. When everything seems to work fine (Steps syncing, receiving the CORRECT phone calls and text alerts to the watch), then all of a sudden it doesn't receive them. Then I have to go to the app, see that it's not recognizing the Blaze when I try to sync. Therefore, I power off my watch, power back up, and then I get calls, but it is ALWAYS the last caller that called me even when it isn't that caller.
HELP!

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting this prior to posting, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Blaze are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.
