I have a Blaze and a Motorola Moto Z. My notifications suddenly stopped working.

Have you checked if your phone is a compatible mobile device? If you haven't, I recommend checking this here.
When a phone isn't compatible, it doesn't mean that it won't work with your tracker but you might experience some connectivity issues. You can always try the instructions provide in the help article My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone but I don't guarantee it will work 100%.
