Blaze not showing texts all of a sudden

Hi i have a Fitbit blaze, never had any trouble before but now all of a sudden my texts arent coming through on my fitbit. I still get WhatsApp, facebook and calendar all coming through and calls but suddenly no txt messages. Ive not turned anything off and have checked all settings possible. Even uninstalled and reinstalled my fitbit app, ive rebooted phone and fitbit.....still nothing. Any help is much appreciated

3.3.1 version not working for me either still.......Look for update of 3.1 version in this help community section I have called fit bits  support 2 times already.... some android members are having a problem with not receiving text on their blaze.  I have a blaze that is 3 years old and have not been receiving text messages for approximately one week hopefully the 3.1 update will help if not there will be a 3.2 version coming out sometime soon with no date planned.  The 3.1 version for my s9 plus did not resolve my issue

I spoke to Fit-bit support on Friday 7/19. They said that 3.0 and 3.1 broke texts on Android platforms.

Also looks like 3.1 broke older Ionics too.
