 I have Blaze with a Samsung Galaxy 8+, and my wife has a Versa with a Galaxy Note 8.  We have biked twice and used our aforementioned fitbits to track our mileage.   Each time my wife has an accurate result, while mine is way off.   4.98 miles hers/9.64 miles mine,  and 5.46 miles hers/12.05 miles mine.  Any suggestions?

Hi there @Daktim, good to see you have joined the Fitbit Community! My apologies for the late response, I was reading your distance is inaccurate in comparison to your wife's exercise.

 

In this case, I believe the connection with your Blaze and the Galaxy S8+ is not steady, causing some drops in the GPS connectivity, hence your distance has been affected. In some scenarios the environment or low signal can be a factor of this issue.
