Blaze set up

I tried all the recommendations listed on the website, and nothing helped me setup my Blaze. I just noticed, the lights in the back are not blinking. Now I am wondering if there is a factory defect.

I do not know that they will blink until the tracker has been set up.

 

In the app, open the menu and select "devices", then add a device "+" and follow the instructions. Note, bluetooth on your phone has to be enabled.

 

Without knowing where you are getting stuck, I can't offer anythig further.

I am taking it back, because the screen is not responsive.
I did followed the steps for setup, but I can get pass the "searching". I
can't turn it off/on. I had fitbits before, and this is the first time I
run into problems like this.
