Blaze shuts off while walking

My Blaze has been shutting off the tracking in the middle of my walks. I will be about 2.5(approx) miles in and it stops tracking and goes back to my main screen.

Hello @Mamamuniz6, it's nice to have you here in the Fitbit Community! Are you using any special feature on your Blaze to track your exercise (i.e: MobileRun, Connected GPS)?

 

I recommend to perform a restart on your Blaze in case the issue persists:

 

  1. Press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If your tracker doesn't work normally try to turn Blaze Off and back On again:
  • Swipe right to left on the home screen to the Settings screen. 
  • Tap Settings and scroll down to Shutdown.
  • Tap Shutdown and confirm.
  • To turn your Blaze back on, press any button.
  • Sync your tracker as soon as you turn it back on. If you don't, the time may be incorrect.
