Blaze is synced to phone and phone is updating so not phone but blaze is not recording steps exercise floors etc. Still recording heart rate and calories. Any ideas. Tried turning off and back on

Hi there @weezybee74, nice to see you here in the Fitbit Community! I'm wondering how it goes so far? Were you doing an specific exercise at the moment you noticed your steps, floors were not recorded?
In this case keep in mind the exercise can affect the way your steps and floors are being recorded. If your exercise is normal or related to a brisk walk and you just turn Off and On your tracker, perhaps a restart will do the trick: How do I restart my Blaze?
Also just a quick note, recently a new version of the Fitbit app was released, so I recommend to install this new version. For more details please review this post: Android app version 2.66 is now available - 2/5.
