Blaze will not remain paired with Samsung 8+

My blaze will not remain paired with my phone. It's been this way since the last update. I will get them to pair and the manually update. Then it will turn off. How do I fix this?

Hello there @Shuppenshade, welcome to the Fitbit Community! Certainly this is not a normal behavior and I'm wondering what update you are referring? Is it an update with your Fitbit app or the OS of your phone?

 

I would recommend to do the following:

 

- Restart the app and clear the cache using the following steps  on this post.

- If this is not working try to sync your tracker and proceed to uninstall the app, restart your phone and     reinstall it again.
