Hi. I downloaded the fitbit app to my note 5, then joined. I entered the four digit numbers to pair/sync both devices but my blaze jist wont turn on without it being in its charger. No lights or anything on screen. I tried holding the button on the left to power on multiple times and also held both left and bottom right several times to "restart tracker" for no results. I've uninstalled and reinstalled app twice and then repeated all steps on another phone for the same result. Please help?

Hello @Needhelp.cd, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! I'm wondering if your tracker only became unresponsive after the four digit code input? Or is it happening regardless of the set up process? Let me know this since I would like to know better this issue.
I saw on your community profile page you have paired a Blaze tracker, so I would like to know how it goes so far?
Try to do the steps from this post to clear the cache of the app, the issue from the post is different but the troubleshooting steps will apply for your scenario. Once you have done the steps try to set up your tracker again in case the issue still persists.
The other alternative would be to try from your computer, but this only if your tracker screen is responsive. This post will guide you through.
Hope this helps and let me know if you need more help.

Hi Roberto...yes, my blaze is unresponsive when not inside charger. After entering 4 digit code, it syncs. It'll read last sync one minute ago or something similar. I tried your suggestion and cleared cache in app manager and found no progress. I didnt attempt your 2nd suggestion, using a computer b/c tracker monitor is still unresponsive. Instead i downloaded the fitbit app to my work phone, an iphone 5 and same results. I've joined, logged in, both devices are synced but tracker still wont turn on. Also, have the current fitbit firmware 2.52. Please tell me which step(s) i've missed. Thank you
