Blaze won't sync

I have the Blaze Classic tracker and an android S7 edge. My tracker connects thru Bluetooth but won't sync to my phone. I have restarted devices, unpaired/paired thru Bluetooth. Any help on what to do next?

Welcome to the Community @TheronG. Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge is not a compatible device yet and that's why your tracker isn't connecting to it. Our team is hard working testing the compatibility of several phones, your patience will be much appreciated. In the meantime you can sync your tracker with a computer or a compatible phone.
