Blaze wont sync/connect.

Hello everyone.

I got my fitit blaze for xmas and im loving it. I didn't have a phone during xmas period so i used my ipad for sleep tracking ect. 

Anyway, yesterday i got myself the samsung galaxy s7 and downloaded the fitbit app, i tried to sync straight away but it was having none of it, I didn't want to remove the device off my account but i thought if i removed it it might sync, anyway i lost yesterdays data and now it won't sync, it doesn't even detect it, i press the side button like it asks me too and the time and date pops up and not the number to sync it.

 

Any help/advice would be great, i've tried the steps that pop up on screen (resetting device, turning bluetooth on/off, charging)

Welcome to the Community, @LiamCoop!  You won't see the 4-digit number unless it is connected, which is why you see the time/date screen.  On your Samsung phone, turn off WiFi and make sure that Location Services is enabled. Also, on your iPad either turn off Bluetooth or move the device into another room away from where you are trying to add your tracker to the phone.  See if that help it connect.
