Users have been asking for this feature in the app since 2014!  How long will FitBit continue ignoring users?

I guess the short answer is: as long as they want to.

 

We can put forward suggestions but they have no obligation to implement them. Given that they removed a custom logging facility a couple of years back it might just not be something they want to offer.
