At this time, the Blu Life One X2 is currently not on our list of supported devices. This means that our Android team has not yet fully tested it for compatibility and added it to the list. I recommend setting up and syncing via a device listed as supported or using a computer.

Our Android team is always working to test and add more Android devices to the supported devices list, so keep an eye open for updates! I will also make sure to update everyone in this thread when the Blu Life One X2 is added to the supported devices list.

Hi there @MommaTracy, its nice to have you here in the Fitbit Community. I appreciate your suggestion to add this phone to our List Of Compatible Devices.

Many Android devices are frequently requested to be listed as compatible and we've been eager to get support out as quickly as possible to make wider the syncing options with other phone brands. However while many Android devices have a Bluetooth 4.0 chip, not all devices are able to be accessed by apps like the Fitbit App so is require to test constantly all the mobile devices available nowadays in the market.

To see the latest list of supported devices, please go to http://www.fitbit.com/devices or the link above. If your device isn't listed, you can check the link at a later date to see if device support has been added.

Thank you for your suggestion and your interest to improve the Fitbit experience.

@RobertoME - I agree with @MommaTracy.  I just bought the Blu Life One x2 and it is an awesome phone.   However, my FitBit Alta takes a while to sync.  Any idea on when this phone will be added to the list of supported devices?  Thanks.

Hello @Mdalke, thank you for joining us on this thread. Unfortunately as moderators we don't have specific dates of when a devices is going to be listed as compatible. I have heard good reviews about the Blu Life One x2, however not all devices are able to support all the features of the app or the tracker, for the same reason is require an extensive testing to guarantee all is going to work flawlessly.

See you around and keep participating in the Fitbit Community.

I've never tried - not a runner personally, but the phone does have GPS and
works great with Google Maps if that helps any.

My Life One X2 worked with Fitbit flex 2 until  BLU pushed a software update that locked up every phone out there. Now that the developer fixed part of their problem, my BLU Life One X2 will not connect to my Fitbit Flex 2. Yes I understand the phone may not be on the accepted list but it did work prior to 12/4/17. Now it doesn't.
