Hello, I can't get my Inspire HR to connect to my phone's bluetooth (Samsung Galaxy 7). I just received it and for a split second it showed the device and then disappeared. It has not reappeared again. I cannot move forward with syncing and am wondering if I should return it? My device is up to date if that helps.

Hello @CarCat89 sorry about the six people trying to hijack your thread in 6 directions.
I've moved them out.
Please follow the Setup directions and use the Add Tracker routine in the Fitbit app.
A user can not pair the tracker through the phones Bluetooth, this has to be done by the Fitbit app after the tracker is setup.
