Bluetooth and notifications LG G4

Hi,
I had connected my fitbit surge with my LG G4 phone via Bluetooth. I was receiving all my call and text notifications. Then, I changed it to Bluetooth classic to be able to control music on my phone, but now I'm not getting my text and call notifications. So I have a few questions:
1) Is this issue related to changing the Bluetooth settings or are people experiencing the notifications issues across the board? I'm confused as to why the notifications stopped, all settings say it is working and on.
2) How do I change it back from Bluetooth Classic to the just regular Bluetooth setting?

Thanks for your help.

Thanks Roberto! Turns out it was a simple fix. I rebooted both the device and my phone a few times, and every things seems to be back to normal. 🙂

Hello @CristinaF, I've noticed that you are new around. Welcome aboard to our community. So far there are no reports of issues or glitches that could affecting the call notification feature. To address this issues I recommend to take a look at this article: "My tracker isn't receiving call or text notifications from my Android device" to restore your call notifications.

Keep me posted how it goes my friend. Robot wink

You can also try factory to fix this issue;

Back up all data on the internal memory.
Turn off the device.
Press and hold the Power and Volume down buttons on the back of the device.
When the LG logo appears, quickly release and then re-hold the Power button while continuing to hold the Volume down button.

For more hacks you can visit LG G4 Manual.
