Bluetooth connecting

My device do not show up to pair with Bluetooth so no syncing can take place because my mobile do not find my fitbit hr.

Hi, you might try doing a soft reset of your Fitbit to see if it solves your issues with pairing. You can find instructions here: How to Reset Fitbit

I have done that. I no delete my devise and can't seem to connect it again. Do I have to delete my account and restart everything?
