Android user Samsung Galaxy S21...
Some days I get texts and calls on my Fitbit and some days only texts, visa versa. When I check connection with bluetooth, it says App is needed to use this device...I have the app. What is the issue???

@Lonette Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the detailed information shared.
Try the following troubleshooting:
- Go into the Fitbit app and the notifications section
- Accept the permissions
- Turn off al the notifications
- Restart your phone
- Turn off Bluetooth and wait 10 seconds
- Turn it back on
- Go back to the Fitbit app and turn all the notifications again (Make sure the correct text message app is selected)
- Sync your Versa 2
