I can get my blaze to sync toi my new S8+ but only as an input device. When I try to connect to the blaze i get a message saying that it's rejected by blaze. As an input device I don't receive any of my notifications

Hello @Anewling, is your tracker syncing to your iPhone?
The reason your getting the reject message is because your trying to pair the tracker to the phone using the phones Bluetooth settings.
Once the user has setup the tracker, it is the responsibility of the Fitbit app to do the pairing.
Have you checked the settings in the Fitbit app?
Also permission needs to be given in the phones sound and notification center.
Enable Fitbit notification widget
Do you get notifications on your phones lock screen?
Also set the phone to display notifications as popups, this requires enabling the apo to write over the screen.
I'm not sure why, but some have reported problems with notification with the Galaxy S8 while others say everything works perfect

No idea what go triad means.Has Fitbit finished testing the phone?
Have you srarched the board yet? It is always better to do a searxh before asking.

phone support. Deleted the app and reinstalled it. Trashed my fitbit and
readded it.

So let's see what is hsppening
You have the Fitbit app installed
Your logged into your account?
Does the tracker show up as being connected to your account?
If so what happens when you try to sync.
If not what happens when you do an add device.
In either case do you get any error messages.
Please note that at no time you want to go to the phones Bluetooth except to remove the tracker.
