Bluetooth issues

I recently started to reuse my FitBit.  I have a android phone on the list that synchs with the app

My.Bluetooth still show my FitBit as a device but won't accept it so that I can synch.  What am.i doing wrong?

@Totsrmybiz, I am not sure what you mean by "Bluetooth still show my FitBit as a device but won't accept it so that I can synch".  Do you mean that the tracker shows in the phone's Bluetooth settings as a device, but it does not connect in the Fitbit app?  If that is the case, open the phone's Bluetooth settings, select the Fitbit device, tell Bluetooth to forget the device, close the phone's settings, and re-open the Fitbit app and select manual sync. Let us know if that syncs the tracker.
