So for 2 days I've not been able to pair my charge 2 with my Samsung s7... the charge 2 looks like it's keeping track of my steps but not syncing (because of connectivity issues) with fitbit app. It's not showing up in scan area to even pair with... tried everything I could think of with phone but it's working fine for other things.. my fitbit is updated aswell... what's going on n how can I fix I can not afford a new fitbit n rely heavily on it n the app...

Hi, @DCampbell68! Well the good (and bad) news is that it's not just you. A lot of people have been having sync issues. It's unlikely it's your tracker. There are a couple of things you could try, including having your bluetooth on your phone forget your tracker and trying to restart your tracker. I would suggest not unpairing your tracker from your account, since many people find they have difficulties adding their tracker back and that will also cause you to lose previous days' data. It's already unpaired... it was there n then gone.. I've rebooted everything n still nothing.. I'm thinking if I let my tracker die n then recharge it might do a soft reboot... idk.. my cell is recognizing my other devices... so it's no phone issue either.. I went online n tried to find a way to no avail either...
