Bluetooth says app not found. I've Uninstalled app, then reinstalled-- I've turned off phone and restarted, as well as restarted Charge 5.

‘’The Fitbit Team is currently investigating a syncing issue impacting Charge 5 Fitbit’s. Hopefully the issue will be addressed quickly and you’ll be back up and running soon.
In the meantime your Charge 5 will store up to 7 days of detailed minute-by-minute data without syncing.

Same. I use a Versa 2 and it does the same thing. Very annoying since I have the app. I sync the app with the watch but it won't sync with the phone.. (Android)
