Bluetooth not recognizing my information

Bluetooth scan won't recognize my Heart HR. I've turned it off and on several times,  restarted my phone,  and uninstalled/reinstalled the app twice.  Problem began after I had changed device on my laptop overnight.

Hello there @Copychief, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! Keep in mind the Bluetooth settings of your phone will not sync directly with your tracker, so you need the app in order to sync heart rate.

Whit this I'm wondering if by saying the Bluetooth scan is not picking up your heart rate, you are referring to the Fitbit app is not syncing your tracker's information? Is other information not being recognized by the app or is your overall stats?

Make sure to have the latest version of the app. For more details please refer to this post.

Also if the issue is specifically with syncing, these steps might get you back on track: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this).

Hope this helps. See you until the next opportunity.
