After initial charge my fitbit hr paired fine. Since I recharged it won't sync. Very frustrating. Any help gratefully accepted. Ive tried unpairing again but android says pairing rejected.

@Spinksy, do you have other Bluetooth devices close by at the time you are trying to sync the tracker?  Anything that could cause a Bluetooth conflict?
