Hello @HelenHenry

I'm not sure I'm understanding the details of your issue. Would you please provide additional information?

  • What Fitbit device are you using?
  • Is this a new device that you're adding to your Fitbit app?
  • Did your Fitbit connect before?
  • What have you tried so far to fix your problem?

We'll be watching for your answers.

Followed all possible advice and although my charge hr had been connecting via blue toith since i purchased it.  It is failing now.  Have tried on another mobile.  Still nothing.  Just using for sleep tracking.  71 yrs old.  Have had this fitbit for 10yrs.  Have been nursing it for last 6 yrs.  Broken band and the plastic bit around charge point pulls out.  Got a new one charge 2.  That lasted 5 minutes.  Band broke beyound repair.  Mmmm
