FitBit, I'm getting very frustrated.
In September 2018, I bought a Charge 2. In November 2018, I took it back to the store I bought it from as the active minutes were incorrectly counting (after some discussions with FitBit and not having found a solution).
In November 2018, with new Charge 2, I had problems with my female health tracking, which FitBit resolved.
Now, spanning December 2018 and January 2019, new Charge 2 stopped syncing. Ended up following loads of advice off the forum from FitBit staff which lead to me completely uninstalling the app, removing the device and starting from scratch, to find it would not connect AT ALL!
Took device back to the store I bought it from today and changed it to a completely different model, a Versa. Installed without any issues whatsoever, but now that won't sync either.
I haven't changed my phone and the Charge 2 was working previously, and quite clearly the Versa was when it synced the first time. So what is going on? I'm wasting a lot of time and effort trying to get a watch that works and will help with with my weight loss journey...and I'm so close to hitting my goal too. I really wanted this working for tomorrow when I get back in the gym!!
Help, please!

Hello @SunsetRunner.
Thanks for bringing this up, sharing your overall experience and letting us know what steps you have tried so far.
In this case, it could be that your phone had bonded with your previous Charge 2 and that caused it to not sync with the Versa. Let's try the following:
Let me know if you have any further questions or there is anything else that I can help you with.

Hi there
I've already done this. As of this morning, I cannot connect the versa at all.

Lost patience. Versa went back and I got a completely different brand watch.
3 FitBits in 4 months is pretty poor! My old Garmin last 18 months without hiccup!
