my watch the brightness fades in and out. Why this just started happening the last couple of days

Hi @amrear @Chazmcclure - a cause for this can be a sleep schedule. When the watch sets into sleep mode the display dims and when it comes out of sleep mode it returns to normal.

In any case try a restart - How do I restart my Fitbit device?
