PLEASE put the tab back that enabled auto or manual syncing. Mine seems to sync 3-4 times an hour. it drains the battery. pls allow those of us who prefer to just sync the tracker to phone by simple open the app and pull down as required and not the constant syncing. we have no control over it. being told to turn off bluetooth by some forum members is not an option. want the phone calls messages etc to come thru. Pls rethink the scaping of this choice in the settings?

Hello there @Lenovos, it's nice to see you around the Community Forums.

To improve your experience with notifications, syncing, and firmware updates, we removed the option to turn off all-day sync from the Fitbit app. When your phone is near your Fitbit device with Bluetooth turned on, it periodically syncs with the Fitbit app to update your stats and download available firmware updates. More frequent syncing rarely, if ever, noticeably decreases your device’s battery life. To learn more about what factors affect battery life, see Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?

Our team is always working on improving our devices and user experiences, and your comments are always welcome. Feel free to post your idea in our Feature Suggestions board. That way other users can comment and vote on the idea to show their support. You can read the FAQ to better understand how that board works. Please do a search first, in case someone else has already suggested your idea or something similar.

If you're concern about your phone's battery, please see What should I know about using the Fitbit app on my Android phone?

I've moved your post to Android App for organization purposes.
