Bug with new version: tracking heart rate

My heart rate is getting tracked, it is syncing and Fitbit tells me how many minutes I'm in active zones etc. But ... my sleep is not actually tracked because it says it cannot measure my heart rate. And it's not giving me a resting heart rate.

 

Both of these have stopped working since the update.
