I don't understand the calculation methods for the fitbit. How am i burning 2000 calories if i am being recorded as only walking 1.65 miles? I restarted the device as well as restarted the app. I logged in all of my information; height, weight, bmi, age, sex. What can be done?

Fitbit includes your BMR (basal metabolic rate) calories you are always burning just by being alive.

See How does Fitbit estimate how many calories I've burned?

You can look at the fitbit.com dashboard daily calories graph to get an idea of what your BMR calories amount to, and see when you are getting others calories credited.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
