Caller ID "unknown" on charge 2

My android phone does do the notifications to my charge 2, but when a call shows up it always says "unknown". Why is this? The text alert says the name of person. Help me figure this out please.

Hello @Michelle0126, it's nice to have you here in the Fitbit Community. I've seen my friend @MarreFitbit share some troubleshooting steps to address this issue. Please take a look at her post for more help:  No caller ID (Unknown).
