When I receive a phone call it used to display who was calling, now it displays the same contact all the time. So if My husband is calling me it says my mum's calling me on the fitbit. It's happened 3 times now. And not just with my husband calling. But always says mum's calling.

S7 active with Android 8.0.0 running Fitbit 3.7 since 9-30 and issue is still not resolved. This has been going on for at least a month.

Dear Charis6, sorry for the off-topic, but I cannot resist 😄
If you have a TARDIS, could you please go into the near future, and tell us when will they solve this issue?
Thanks 😄

Ildi.P. Lol! Ok, I’m back. I shouldn’t share too much but something doing with a giant satellite orbiting the earth controlling all personal activity trackers in real time, but it’s all actually being used by a series of small aliens who feed off our steps. I need to keep it a bit vague, you understand. Space time continuum and all....

You would think that when fitbit releases a new version that this problem would be addressed and fixed.

I downloaded 2.9 and all is working again. This is unacceptable that a company the size of Fitbit is not addressing the problem and issuing a fix!

Been having the same issues for a month now. Getting pretty tired of these constant issues. The only reason I like my fitbit at this point is because of the battery life, but that's the only benefit I get from it

Hi
My fitbit is also showing incorrect caller. Are there any solutions yet for fixing it as it's very annoying, If there are no solutions yet how do we go back to the previous version before the upgrade was done ?

I am getting the wrong ID when someone calls. It is not always the last person who called me. What is being done to fix this?

As many has stated before, the only solution right now is to google an old version (for me -Alta HR- the 2.90 works), download it, install it, and don't let the app auto-update.
Let's hope they will solve this issue...sometime...in the not too far future. 😞
It's been over 2 months now, I've been emailing support since then, but I've already lost my patience, as they keep suggesting to me the same troubleshooting steps, or to update my app, while it's obvious that the problem is with the new versions of the app.
I can suggest for all of you, to write to them, so they would see that there are many of us with the same problem.

I can't find the 2.9 version any more in the play store the only one that shows up is the new version?

You won't find it in the play store, that's why I said to google it. Google "fitbit app 2.90".

The correct phone number doesn’t show up on my Fitbit. It shows the previous number that called. Tried all the suggested fixes and still doesn’t work. When is this going to be resolved.

mines 1-800 numbers using son's name as caller ID so makes me feel something happened when they call and he's supposed to be in school very frustrated

Why is this thread marked as solved/answered when the issue is clearly not resolved, while we keep complaining about it?!?

The only solution right now is to downgrade to fitbit app 2.90 and do not let the play store update it! That is all that works!
