Caller id - unknown!

Hi again guys, another problem I am experiencing now with my Blaze. When I get a call, id is coming up unknown, even though I have callers name in my phone. I have the S6 Edge. I also can't operate music from my Blaze either, it comes up 'loading music' then 'no music found'. I have tried resetting, unpairing etc, I really don't know what to do. Any advice would be appreciated
