Hi, @LilJoJoGirl, welcome, the upper screenshot shows "Energy Burned" This is the energy you have expended by your activities. The second screenshot refers to the other side of the energy equation, calories consumed.

No... I'm not in kindergarten... The energy burned is different in the panel to add food... Like 200 kcal difference...

Hi, @LilJoJoGirl, I apologise, I misunderstood your question. I assumed the difference between the two figures resulted from a delayed sync. There are several recent posts about a disturbance in food tracking, the issue has been escalated.
