Calorie in vs calories out

Hi. It's 9.20am Sunday morning I've just woken up.

Fit bit dash is saying 640calories burnt

The food log icon on the main dash is saying calories in 0 (cool cos I haven't eaten ) and 1014 remains again cool.

But when I go into the food log everything changes 0 calories in 640 out and 253 remains. How can it be so low? It's been the same the last week and despite burning 3000 calories I only had 1500 and then woke up this morning to be told that I had nearly 800 calories I could have used and still been in budget.

Can anyone explain please I'm trying not to go over budget. But 253 calories is not a lot for a day.....any help appreciated

See if this helps explain it.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
