Calories burned different than Calories out

 There is a discrepancy on my app between calories out and calories burned. My goal is 1000 below and yet it is showing me as way over budget. Is this a bug? 

 

Calories burned: 3130

Calories out: 1574

 

Should these not match?

The app tries to estimate what the position will be at the end of the day. Those numbers are saying that based on your logged food and activity so far, it is likely that you will be aver budget come the end of the day. As the day goes on its estimate will get more accurate.
