Does anyone know if you can turn off the BRM calories burnt and only show calories burnt during a workout/exercising? It’s very misleading when I check my data to see I’ve burned over 1000 calories a day, when I know I woke up to 500 burnt already.
Also when I select the plan intensity on the nutrition tab I selected medium which was -500 calories a day, so it’s telling me I can only eat 1006 calories a day now. Why does it think 1506 is the normal/average based on my details? I had my calories to eat a day calculated by a nutritionist based on my height weight age etc as to maintain weight 2082, lose weight 1666 and lose weight fast 1249. So why is my Fitbit showing up 1506 to maintain and 1006 calories to lose weight at a medium pace?

@ncrane94 Hi there. Thanks for the details mentioned.
It's not possible to turn off the BMR calculation in your Fitbit Dashboard. If you'd like to know how many calories were burned in a workout , you may want to track it and then check the summary on your app.
In regards to the calories that you're allowed to eat, it's important that you're logging your food and syncing your Fitbit device, in order to have updated data in your app.
Let me know how it goes.
