Apologies if it's been asked before.

During set up I selected to lose 1.5 lb a week. A 750 calorie difference a day between what I consume and what I burn.

On my dashboard (first day tracking my food) it reads

Calories in - 707
Calories out - 2140

Calories left - 1515

Where does it get the 1515 number from? Has this already taken into account my 750 calorie deficit. Ive done a lot of exercise today (100+ active minutes) but 1515 calories left when I've already consumed 700 seems a lot to lose 1 1/2 lb a week.

Hope this makes sense. X

My explanation of the numbers in the tiles is in the following link.  It does help to understand where the numbers come from and what they mean.
