Calories not updating

Every day the same number is recorded on my food diary.  So it only allows so many more calories but not my full calorie bank.  How do I reset the calorie record?

Hi @Jmr2018, welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? If you haven't already done so, please check the information that's specified on: How do I add, edit, or delete Fitbit data and activities? and let me know how it goes. Also, please try the following steps:

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.

Keep me posted.

The page that you linked says:

To manually add food:

  1. From the Today tab

    , tap the

    icon on the food tile.
  2. Search for your food or create a custom food.
  3. Enter your information and tap Save.

But there is no food tile, no water tile - everything disappeared when you downgraded the app last year.

Can everything be erased? I.e. food calories are shown but I haven't
logged food. Also the weight loss goals and such. I'd like a fresh start
but there are still numbers on my profile.

If you log into the fitbit website and check the dashboard then click on "See More" on the food tile then you can edit the food intake on a day by day basis to correct things.
