Hi all. I use a fitbit charge 2. Could someone tell me - when fitbit is set to log a workout that includes steps (body combat), you then sync to fitbit to see data and calories achieve by work out, fitbit has also registered the steps taking during the workout. Does it add calories from the workout and the steps taking during the workout please? Thanks.
Best AnswerEverything recorded during that time adds to daily totals, whether or not you see it in workout summary.
Best AnswerThanks for your reply. But do you know if it duplicates the calories burned off. As in calories from the workout and from steps that were made during the workout? As I don't want to be cheating myself thinking o have burned off more calories than I actually have.
Best AnswerAre you manually logging it after the workout, or are you using the exercise app to tell it when the workout starts and stops?
Either way, it does not double add the calories. To verify that for yourself, tap on the calories tile, then on the day of interest, and see a bar chart of # of calories burned per 15 minute interval. Or look on the fitbit.com dshboard to se that plot at a bigger scale.
