Cals in vs. out page in ap not showing cals in vs. out for the day

I've noticed the ap has changed in regards to the food log.  When i used to log food, page one would show a blue/green/pink bar showing my calories in vs. calories out.  Then, when i went on to the next screen for details the current day would show this info in more detail.  See attached.  Today is M

onday.  When i click on more details for my day there is nothing in the column (tomorrow there will be, i have been lacking in logging my food lately, but want to start up again).  

Was there a change?  This screen no longer shows me my current status for the day.

Thanks for letting us know. Perhaps it was a situation with the information on the servers. 

 

Glad to read that it seems to be working correctly, however. Let's hope it continues that way.

Hello @ChristinaH7712.

 

Thanks for bringing this up and sharing those screenshots about what is happening.

 

The information for the current day should definitely be showing in there. My suggestion in this case would be to try to log out of the app and then log back in. That will force all information to be reloaded from the servers and should help so that it starts showing today's stats.

Hello @LanuzaFitbit ~

I appreciate your assistance, however I actually uninstalled the ap (yesterday) and reinstalled it hoping that might take care of it. (I meant to mention that in my post, but forgot).

I was wondering if there was a glitch in the ap that maybe FitBit was working on.... 

I've been noticing this for a couple weeks now and was hoping it would be fixed with an update, but it hadn't happened yet.  

Very odd... I'm guessing there is no resolution or awareness of this then, at this time (?).

I just went into my FB ap and all of a sudden now this is working correctly!  It hadn't been for a cpl weeks, but now it is!  Should be... problem solved!
