Can I have multiple accounts running on the same app?

I have an Inspire 2 and bought my mum an Inspire 3 for Christmas, however when I tried to install the app it said her phone was too old (Galaxy S5) she's upgrading later in the year but it means she can't use her present until then and also if it has a fault she may not be able to return it easily by then.

So I was wondering if I could put a separate account on my app for her Fitbit which she could sync to once a week when I go to see her to keep her going until she changes her own phone then transfer the account over to hers?

Hi @Loofer - yes, this is quite possible to have two accounts in one Fitbit App on one phone.

You can logout from one and login to the other and the appropriate watch should connect and sync.

Depending on the Fitbit App version after logging in, head to the phone home screen without closing the app and a popup sync notification may appear. Click on it and it should initiate a quick pair and link.

If it doesn't return to the Fitbit App and it should still do it.
