Can I see total exercise calories at a glance?

Is there any way to have the number of calories displayed for the exercise you have done today as a total? at the moment some activities display as calories (like swimming) and some as steps (like walk or hike). I prefer to work on calories in vs calories out so would like an easy way to see my total exercise calories for the day. I know the food tile tells you x calories in and y calories left, but that doesnt separate out the exercise calories I have done. when I go to the exercise tile where I would expect it to display there is the mix between steps and calories. Is there something I am missing?

Your eyesight probably isn't failing any faster than mine, @NellyG - 70+ years takes their toll...

That screenshot was taken from the web-based dashboard. Go to the Recent Exercise tile, go to the bottom and hover over the See More that pops up. Click on that See More and the Activity History window will open.

@NellyG, when you go to Recent Exercise and open an exercise activity, the top tile should show the calories for that exercise, like this:

Thanks for your reply. Mine doesnt display quite like that - i get a sort of full page graph, but it does show calories. I was wanting to see a list of all the calories I have burnt on that day, rather than have to go to each exercise I have done individually. Perhaps there is no way to do this but to me (maybe not to others lol) it seems the most sensible way to display the exercise list, rather than listing some as steps and some as calories and then having to go to each exercise individually to see the calories burnt.

Try opening Activity History, @NellyG, to see if that gives you what you need.
