Can I sync Samsung watches to the Fitbit app?

I've got the new Samsung Watch 4 with new Wear OS 3. Is there a Fitbit app for this watch?

Currently, on the Fitbit app, you can only pair Fitbit trackers/watches. If you'd like that this could be a possibility in the future, post your idea in our Feature Suggestion board, those are reviewed by our team and the status will change depending on Fitbit plans. Also, users have the opportunity to vote and comment on them, to show their support.

Hi has there been an update on Samsung watch and Apple watch fitbit sync capabilities. As some of my fitbit friends have gravitated to those devices, I have lost my fitbit community and lure to engage with it as much as I used to.  Please advise on work arounds that help and if they use those devices and I start to play bingo, can they see the bingo game on those devices or the app if they play?

Hi! I have the same question. I really love the fitbit app and not that much the one for samsung, so I was wondering if I could sync my galaxy watch to the fitbit app. Do you know if it is already possible?

Hi @itzelcruz  - you can only link Fitbit or Pixel watches directly with the Fitbit App.

However there are links to other systems that can transfer data, see here How do I connect my Fitbit account with another app?

Thanks for your interest in the Fitbit app. Please note that only Fitbit devices and Pixel watches can be paired to the Fitbit app. You can link other accounts to your Fitbit profile. There is a way to transfer your activities from other apps into Fitbit. However, only some pieces of information are transferred to Fitbit. Some examples are Strava and MyFitnessPal. Not sure about Samsung though. Do give it a try. Have a nice day!
